Mr. George Muthoot George is Director at the Muthoot Securities. With an MBA in International Hospitality Management from Cornell-ESSEC Business School (Paris), he brings to the forefront a strong combination of sales, marketing and management experience. The success of Cardamom County (a four-star resort at Thekkady, Kerala) motivated him to build Ayura (an ayurvedic spa at the resort) and River Escapes (10 Premier Escapes was given the ‘Certificate of Excellence’ by TripAdvisor.com. Mr. George Muthoot George also holds a hotel management degree from ITC Welcome Group Hotel Management College (Manipal). He is the eldest son of Late Shri M.G George Muthoot. Former Chairman, The Muthoot Group.

Mr. George Muthoot Alexander has done his Master’s in Business Administration from University of North Carolina’s Kenan & Flagler Business School and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kerala College of Engineering. He is a Director at the Muthoot Securities. He is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industries Young Indians, Bangalore Chapter and is the Current Chair of Learning at this Chapter. Earlier this year, George was one among the ten Indians chosen to represent India for AIYD (Australia India Youth Dialogue) at Sydney and Melbourne. Prior to joining his family business, George had worked for ING and Kotak Mahindra Bank in India. He is the eldest son of Shri. George Alexander Muthoot, Managing Director, The Muthoot Group.

Mr.George Jacob Muthoot has a degree in civil engineering from Manipal University and is a businessman by profession. He is a member of the Trivandrum Management Association, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (Trivandrum) and the Trivandrum Agenda Task Force. He is also a member of the Rotary Club, Trivandrum (South), governing body member of the` Charitable and Educational Society of Trivandrum Orthodox Diocese, Ulloor, Trivandrum, Finance Committee Member, Mar Diocese College of Pharmacy, Althara, Trivandrum and Mar Gregorious Orthodox Christian Mercy Fellowship, Trivandrum.

Ms. Deepa Varghese Ms. Deepa Varghese is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience largely in telecom and retail industries. She has previously engaged with BPL Mobile Cellular Ltd, Reliance Communication Ltd, Aditya Birla Retail Limited and Spencers Retail Limited. Prior to that, she had also served as the Regional Commercial Manager in ABRL & SRL before starting practice from July 2009 onwards. She has hands on experience in formulating strategies and evaluating proposals for new business start-ups

Mr. G R Ragesh is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, New Delhi. Previously, he worked with Muthoot Vehicle & Asset Finance Limited as Assistant General Manager (AGM) Finance. He is presently a Designated Director of the Company besides holding the post of Chief Executive Officer. Furthermore, he holds directorship in Muthoot Vehicle & Asset Finance Limited.

Mr. Manoj Jacob, a graduate has an experience of over 30 years in the field of financial services. He is one of the designated directors of the Company. Furthermore, he holds directorship in Muthoot Forex Limited.

K. R. Bijimon is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of financial services and holds directorship in the Company since 2008. In addition to this, he acts as an Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer in The Muthoot Group.

Mr. George Muthoot Jacob, A management graduate from Cass Business School (London), Mr. George Muthoot Jacob is the Director at the Muthoot Securities Limited. He also holds an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom. He completed his bachelor’s degree in law from the National University of Advanced Studies, Kochi. He renders his expertise in the field of law, compliance and corporate governance, internal audit, risk management, marketing and sales of the Company. He is the eldest son of Shri. George Jacob Muthoot, Chairman, The Muthoot Group.

Ms. Deepa Varghese, Ms. Deepa Varghese is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience largely in telecom and retail industries. Mr. Chamacheril Abraham Mohan is a senior finance professional and Chartered Accountant, having passed Intermediate and Final Examinations securing 11th Rank(1974) and 13th Rank (1976) respectively. He was the Vice Chairman and Managing director of J Thomas & Co. Pvt. Ltd, the largest and oldest tea auctioneers in the world. He retired from the Company on 3lst March 2015 after putting in 38 years of service and was Consultant for the Company till 3lst March 2016. He is a trustee of VAANI, Deaf Children's Foundation which is a registered Trust and works towards bringing language and communication into the lives of deaf children and their families across India. He is also Honorary Secretary of Kerala Bridge Association, the apex body governing and controlling the game of Contact Bridge in Kerala
He was on the Board of Directors of J Thomas Finance Ltd., Tea Consultancy and Plantation Services (India) Ltd., and Tea Quotas Private Ltd. He was also member of Committee of Tea Trade Association and Chamber of Commerce. He is presently a Partner in Chartered Accountancy Firm, M/s. K J Anto & Co,, Cochin.

Mr. Kurian Chirathalattu George, He is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1978. He is the Managing Director of Concord Credit Limited and director of Concord Tea and Produce Pvt. Ltd. and Malabar Properties Pvt. Ltd. He was the President of Kerala Management Association and former chairman of Kerala Non-Banking Finance Companies Welfare Association. Besides this, he holds directorship in Muthoot Forex Limited and Muthoot Vehicle & Asset Finance Limited.
