Bharti AXA Life Insurance, a subsidiary of Bharti Life Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (a Bharti Group company), entered into a strategic bancassurance partnership on Tuesday with the city-based Equitas Small Finance Bank. This partnership marks a significant step toward deepening life insurance penetration across India, particularly within semi-urban and rural markets.

By combining the expertise of Bharti AXA Life Insurance with the distribution strength of Equitas Small Finance Bank, this partnership aims to foster the widespread adoption of life insurance and strengthen long-term financial preparedness among customers.

Through this partnership, Bharti AXA Life Insurance will offer its savings and retirement plans to the customers of Equitas Small Finance Bank, according to a press release.

This initiative enables financial security and long-term wealth planning for individuals and families across India. Customers can seamlessly access these solutions through Equitas SFB's robust network, which spans over 1,042 banking outlets across 18 states and Union Territories. The bank maintains a strong footprint in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Maharashtra.
