HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited has allocated 203,686 equity shares to eligible employees under its various 'Employee Stock Option Schemes' (ESOPs).

This share allocation was approved by the company's 'StakeholdersÆ Relationship Committee' on March 18, 2026.

Following this allocation, HDFC Life's paid-up equity share capital now stands at Rs 21,57,81,95,360, comprising 2,157,819,536 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.

This share allocation demonstrates the company's continued commitment to rewarding and retaining talented employees, while simultaneously aligning employee interests with shareholder value through its ESOP schemes.

Mr. Nagesh Pai, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at HDFC Life, confirmed the completion of this share allocation and stated, "These equity allocations are part of our strategy to incentivize employees and foster long-term value creation."
