Tata AIA Life Insurance Company has launched its new Fund, the Tata AIA Momentum 50 Index Fund, which combines equity investment with life insurance cover. This New Fund Offer (NFO) will be open until August 25, with each unit priced at Rs 10. According to Tata AIA, the objective of this fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in high-momentum companies across various sectors. This Fund will be offered with Tata AIA's existing solutions such as Smart Fortune Plus, Sampoorna Raksha Flex, Smart SIP, Capital Guarantee Solution, and ISIP. This fund will track the BSE 500 Momentum 50 customized index, which represents 50 high-momentum stocks from the broader BSE 500 market. The investment allocation will be 80-100% in equities and equity-related instruments, and the remaining up to 20% in cash and money market instruments.
