BLS International Services Ltd - Announcement Under Regulation 30 - Clarification On Increase In Volume

With reference to your email dated October 14 2025 seeking clarification on the increase in the volume of security of the Company we would like to submit our response as follows: 1. The Company has not withheld any material information or event which in the opinion of its authorized Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) is required to be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) 2. The Company is not aware of reason for the significant movement in the trading volume of its securities across Stock Exchanges in the recent past.
