HLV Ltd - Board Meeting Intimation for Intimation Of Board Meeting

HLV Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Saturday 9th August 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insider the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed from 1st July 2025 and shall reopen 48 hours after the public announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
