Hindustan Foods Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on today i.e. Wednesday, October 15, 2025 has inter alia transacted the following business:1. The Board of Directors of the Company ( BOD ) in its Meeting held today gave approval to invest Rs. 30 Crores through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company ( WOS ) for Acquisition of Businesses engaged into manufacturing of Ice-Cream Cone and Sleeve Printing, which shall be subject to further consideration and deliberation to be carried out by the BOD at the relevant point in time and the procedures to be followed by the WOS as per applicable laws. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, for the abovementioned shall be intimated as and when the BOD evaluates, considers and decides the same.
