KBC Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Dharan Infra-Epc Limited Previously known as KBC Global Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Friday May 30 2025 to inter alia consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025. We have vide our submission dated March 31 2025 informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons has been closed from April 1 2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the submission of the financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2025.
