Reliance Home Finance Ltd - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Admission of application by Tribunal

This is to inform you that an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 was filed by Invent Assets Securitisation & Reconstruction Private Limited (Financial Creditor) against Reliance Home Finance Limited ('Corporate Debtor'/'Company') before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench Court VI. The Honble NCLT by virtue of the order dated September 16 2025 ('Order') in C.P. (IB)/342(MB)2025 admitted the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') for the Corporate Debtor as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
