ADF Foods Ltd. receives ‘Adequate’ ESG rating from CRISIL based on public data

ADF Foods Ltd announced that it has received an ESG Rating of ‘55’ (Adequate) from CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, reflecting the company’s performance on Environmental, Social, and Governance parameters based on publicly available information, clarifying that the company did not engage CRISIL to obtain the rating; the rating assignment was independent and does not involve any enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any instruments, including any instruments listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Symbol: ADFFOODS) or BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 519183).
