AF Enterprises Limited stock rises 0.62%, exiting insolvency proceedings with a Rs 3.00 crore settlement

A F Enterprises Ltd. is currently trading at Rs 1.63, up 0.62% today, after experiencing recent declines and remaining flat over the last one week. AF Enterprises Limited has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, to withdraw the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated by M/s Findoc Finvest Private Limited, as detailed in an order dated August 06, 2026. The withdrawal, finalized through a settlement agreement dated July 07, 2025, for Rs 3,00,00,000, followed 100% approval from the Committee of Creditors (CoC) and included full reimbursement of CIRP costs by the suspended management, along with the refund of Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs). Consequently, the CIRP against AF Enterprises Limited has been terminated, and management control has reverted back to the company. Trading volume totaled 27047 shares today, a decrease of 96.16% compared to the one-week average volume. A F Enterprises Ltd tanked by 28.19% year-over-year, underperforming the 0.1% loss recorded by the NIFTY50 index.
