Aadhar Housing Finance sees rating upgrades from India Ratings across multiple debt instruments

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. has announced credit rating actions and assignments across various instruments from multiple agencies, including India Ratings and Research Private Limited and India Ratings. India Ratings and Research Private Limited upgraded the rating on its Non-Convertible Debentures to IND AA+ with a Stable outlook, previously rated IND AA+ with a Positive outlook, and reduced the rated amount from 10,000 to 7,250, while also upgrading its Bank Loan Facilities to IND AA+ with a Stable outlook, previously IND AA+ with a Positive outlook, and reaffirmed Bank Loan Facilities at IND AAA, assigned a rating of IND A1+ to Commercial Paper for 100 crore, and reaffirmed Term Loans at IND AA+/Stable. Additionally, BWR Long Term has revised the rating on Tier II Bonds amounting to 1000, and India Ratings has withdrawn the rating on Non-Convertible Debentures with ISIN INE883F07306, while also assigning ratings to several Term Loans and Bank Loan (Unutilised) facilities, all at IND AA+/Stable, and assigning a rating to Commercial Paper.
