Aavas Financiers authorized issuance of debentures up to Rs 9,000 crore over one year

Aavas Financiers Limited announced that Nikhil Omprakash Gahrotra and Neha Sureka were re-appointed as Non-Executive Nominee Directors, while Sachinderpalsingh Jitendrasingh Bhinder’s remuneration was ratified. The company also appointed Vivek Anant Karve and Vellur Gopalaraghavan Kannan as Independent Directors. Additionally, the board authorized the issuance of Listed/Unlisted Non-convertible Debentures up to a total amount of Rs 9,000 crore over the next year.
