Acuite Ratings assigned BBB+ and A- ratings to Mangalam Global Enterprise Ltd.'s instruments, with a Stable outlook

Mangalam Global Enterprise Ltd. announced that Acuite Ratings & Research Limited has assigned ratings to its instruments, including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) with amounts of 10.00 and 125.00, rated ACUITE BBB+ and ACUITE A- respectively, both with a Stable outlook and assigned by SEBI; additionally, Acuite has assigned a rating letter expiring on October 14, 2027, and further assigned ratings of BBB+ and A- (provisional, stable) to Non Convertible Debentures with amounts of 10.00 and 125.00, with both proposed to be listed, alongside a Provisional A- rating for Non Convertible Debentures with an amount of 125.00 also proposed to be listed; other agencies, including SEBI, MCA, RBI, and Acuite, have provided ratings and classifications for various instruments, including Listed/Proposed to be listed Bonds/Debentures/Preference Shares, PTCs/Securitisation Notes, and Debt Securities, with details available on Acuite’s website and subject to regulatory oversight.
