Aegis Logistics receives ESG rating of “58” from CRISIL, despite no direct engagement

Aegis Logistics Ltd announced that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider, has independently assigned an ESG rating with a score of “58” based on publicly available data, with the company noting it did not engage CRISIL for this assessment. The disclosure, made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, does not indicate any enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any instruments, including the aforementioned ESG rating, and the full communication is available on the company's website at www.aegisindia.com.
