Alicon Castalloy’s Rs.300 crore debt instruments reaffirmed by CRISIL Ratings with a stable outlook

Alicon Castalloy Ltd announced reaffirmations and an outlook revision from CRISIL Ratings Limited and Crisil Ratings regarding its various debt instruments. CRISIL Ratings Limited reaffirmed the ratings for Banking facilities (long term) at CRISIL A Stable and Banking facilities (short term) at CRI SIL A1, with no enhancements or withdrawals. Crisil Ratings reaffirmed the rating for Bank facilities at Rs.300 Crore with a Crisil A/Stable rating, revising the outlook from 'Positive' and reaffirmed the rating for Bank facilities at Rs.300 Crore with a Crisil A1 rating, alongside reaffirmations for Cash Credit (various amounts: 25, 70, 30, 40, and 50), Letter of credit & Bank Guarantee (1.8 and 8.9), and Term Loan, while also noting ratings for Cash Credit through Bank of Maharashtra and Bajaj Finance Limited, Letter of credit & Bank Guarantee through Bank of Maharashtra and State Bank of India, and Term Loan through IDFC FIRST Bank Limited and HDFC Bank Limited; the agency also disclosed that there are no ratings available for Listed/Proposed to be listed bonds/debentures/preference share, Unlisted/Proposed to be unlisted Bonds/Debentures/ Preference share, Listed PTCs / Securitisation Notes, Unlisted PTCs / Securitisation Notes, Listed Commercial Paper and NCDs, Unlisted Commercial Paper and NCDs, Loan Facilities, External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, Fixed Deposits, Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans, Borrowing programme, Issuer Ratings, Credit Ratings for Capital Protection Oriented Schemes, Credit quality ratings, Listed Security Receipts, Unlisted Security Receipts, Independent Credit Evaluation, Expected Loss Ratings (Loan Facilities), and Expected Loss Ratings (Listed Bonds).
