Alstone Textiles will not comply with SEBI regulations regarding preference share issuance

Alstone Textiles (India) Limited informed the BSE that compliance with Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as the company has not yet initiated the issuance process for 2% Non-Convertible Preference shares approved by shareholders on September 24, 2026, amounting to Rs 5,00,00,00,000.
