Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd consolidated sales down 8.67% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 97.97%

Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd share price declined by 2.42% to Rs 416.2 after the company's net profit tanked by 97.97% to Rs 0.75 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 8.67% to Rs 260.99 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Waste Management industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9062.27 crore, gaining 2.75%. It has softened by 2.89% over last one week and rose by 8.22% in last one month while the market capitalization of Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd has slipped by 2.99% and 12.27% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd stood at Rs 1.34 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 94.77% year-on-year, and nosediving by 95.65% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 29 crore, tanking 38.81% YoY and tumbling by 36.74% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 1.74% to Rs 246.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 91.11 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 6.38% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 12.81% to Rs 1053.19 crore, while net profit eased 8.83% to Rs 91.75 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 18468% to Rs 174.54 crore, and PBT tumbled by 24.22% to Rs 89.73 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 139.39 crore in FY26, as against Rs 183.96 crore in FY25. Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd crashed 29.53% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.63% during the same period.
