Apollo Finvest plans to raise up to Rs 100 crore via private placement of NCDs

Apollo Finvest (India) Limited has announced unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reviewed by GMJ & Co. Chartered Accountants, which revealed no material misstatements and disclosed all required information. The company is also undertaking a private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 100 crore, with a three-year tenure and interest rates to be determined, which may be secured by movable property. Additionally, Apollo Finvest appointed M/s. Pranay D. Vaidya and Co. as its new Secretarial Auditor following the resignation of M/s. SGGS & Associates due to a disagreement over commercial arrangements; the new auditor’s term will extend for five years pending member approval.
