Arcee Industries shareholders ratified warrant allotment and auditor appointment at August meeting

Arcee Industries Ltd. announced that its shareholders approved the ratification of the allotment of convertible warrants on a preferential basis and the appointment of a statutory auditor at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 10, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company received votes from 1,064,764 shareholders, with 1,063,564 votes in favor of each resolution and 1,200 votes against. The voting was conducted via e-voting and physical ballot, with scrutiny carried out by M/s. Chandan J & Associates.
