Arvind Fashions gains after Q4 PAT soars to Rs 11 cr

Revenue from operations jumped 24.36% to Rs 1,140.01 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Rs 916.70 crore in Q4 FY22. This was aided by sharp rigour on retail operations leading to robust retail LTL of 17% and robust growth in other offline channels.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 35.67 crore in Q4 FY23, steeply higher from Rs 10.05 crore posted in corresponding quarter last year.

EBITDA stood at Rs 138 crore in Q4 FY23, up 47% as compared with Rs 94 crore in Q4 FY22. EBITDA margins improved by 190 bps to 12.1% in Q4 FY23 from 10.3% in Q4 FY22 through lower discounting, higher sell-through's and operating leverage.

On full year basis, the company reported net profit of Rs 36.71 crore in FY23 as compared with net loss of Rs 267.40 crore in FY22. Revenue from operations jumped 44.67% year on year to Rs 4,421.08 crore in FY23 over FY22.

We continue to expand our reach across the country and remain excited about the future potential to capture significant growth opportunitiesthat lie ahead along with sharper focus on improving profitability further and generate higher return on capital employed (ROCE).?

Meanwhile, the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1 per equity share for FY23, subject to approval of shareholders.
