B. D. Industries' long-term bank loan rating downgraded by Acuité due to non-cooperation

B. D. Industries (Pune) Ltd announced a credit rating update concerning its bank facilities, as reported to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Acuité Ratings & Research Limited ("Acuité") has downgraded the long-term Bank Loan Rating to "ACUITE B- | Issuer not co-operating" and reaffirmed the short-term Bank Loan Rating at "ACUITE A4 | Issuer not co-operating" for the same, with the details being: a Letter of Credit of Rs 6.00 crore, a Proposed Short Term Loan of Rs 2.00 crore, and a Secured Overdraft of Rs 2.00 crore, all carrying the rating "ACUITE A4 | Reaffirmed | Issuer not co-operating" except for the Secured Overdraft which is now rated "ACUITE B- | Downgraded | Issuer not co-operating" (previously "ACUITE B+"), with the rating action solely attributed to the company's classification as an "Issuer not co-operating" by Acuité.
