BMW Ventures rises 4.63% after securing Rs 72.94 crore purchase orders from Tata Projects Limited

BMW Ventures Ltd. is currently trading at Rs 54.0, up 4.63%, while the stock has declined 0.33% over the last week.

BMW Ventures Limited announced that it has secured two purchase orders totaling Rs 72,93,60,950 from Tata Projects Limited for the supply of TMT Steel FE-550D Grade for the 3X800MW USCTPP-ADANI Project. The orders, awarded by a domestic entity, require 100% advance payment with GST and are to be executed within eight weeks. BMW Ventures confirmed that neither the company nor its promoters or group companies have any interest in Tata Projects Limited, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.

Trading volume reached 2.65 lakh shares today, a surge of 326.92% compared to the average volume of the last one week. BMW Ventures Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 7.78% loss.
