Bajaj Auto's bank facilities reaffirmed as AAA/Stable by Crisil Ratings, totaling Rs 891.75 crore

Bajaj Auto Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the following ratings to the company’s bank facilities, as detailed in a letter dated September 1, 2026: Crisil AAA/Stable for the Cash Credit facility of Rs 384.00 crore, Crisil A1+ for the Bank Guarantee facility of Rs 158.00 crore (interchangeable with a letter of credit to the extent of Rs 290.00 crore), Crisil A1+ for the Proposed Non-Fund based limits of Rs 139.75 crore, and Crisil A1+ for the Overdraft facility of Rs 210.00 crore, bringing the total rated amount to Rs 891.75; there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to these ratings.
