Bajel Projects Limited has secured an Ultra Mega Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) order from PowerGrid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), acting on behalf of its Special Purpose Vehicle, WR ER Part A Power Transmission Limited, for the construction of a 765 kV transmission line. The project, valued at Rs 400 Cr and above, encompasses bypassing and LILO (Loop-In, Loop-Out) of transmission lines associated with the WR-ER Inter-Regional Network Expansion Scheme – Part A, with a completion period of 33 months from the date of the Notification of Award. The company confirmed that neither promoters, promoter groups, nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction.
Trading volume reached 4.35 lakh shares today, a surge of 116.75% compared to the average volume of the last one week. Bajel Projects Ltd eased by 9.98% year-over-year, underperforming the 0.46% loss in the NIFTY50 index.
