Balkrishna Industries receives ICRA AA+ rating for 550 crore Non-convertible Debentures

Balkrishna Industries Ltd announced that ICRA has assigned an initial rating of ICRA AA+(Stable) to its Non-convertible Debentures amounting to 550 Crores, and has also assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) to its proposed Non-convertible Debenture programme of 550.00, noting that SEBI's grievance redressal mechanisms are not available; ICRA further indicated a significant development impacting the company’s ability to raise funds regarding Debt Securities, though no amount or rating was assigned to this instrument; the agency also included a standard disclaimer to refer to its website for the latest ratings, and did not mention any enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any other rating agencies.
