Bandhan Bank Ltd announced updates to its credit ratings received from ICRA Limited, dated September 25, 2026, concerning various instruments. ICRA reaffirmed the “[ICRA] AA- (Stable)” rating for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to 75 Crore and reaffirmed the “[ICRA] A1+” rating for Certificates of Deposit totaling 3,000 Crore; the Rating Rationale published by ICRA is available at https://www.icra.in/Rationale/ShowRationaleReport?Id=14584, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by the agency.
