Bank of India’s debt instruments received reaffirmations from Acuite Ratings & Research and ACUITE

Bank of India has announced rating actions from Acuite Ratings & Research and ACUITE, reaffirming ratings on various debt instruments. Acuite Ratings & Research reaffirmed Additional Tier-I Bonds at AA+ with a stable outlook and Tier-II Bonds at MA with a stable outlook, while also withdrawing ratings for Basel III Additional Tier-I Bonds totaling 750.00, 602.00, and 148.00, citing requests from the issuer and lack of confirmation from the trustee. ACUITE reaffirmed ratings including Basel III AT1 Bonds of 1500.00, 750.00, and 602.00 at AA+ with a stable outlook, Basel III Tier II Bonds at AAA with a stable outlook, and assigned a rating of AA+ to Proposed Basel III compliant Tier II Bonds, alongside reaffirming several other instruments including Basel III ATI Bonds and Proposed Perpetual Additional Tier I Bonds, with some withdrawals and notations related to specific criteria and listing status.
