CARE Ratings reaffirmed Geojit Financial Services' issuer rating at CARE A+; Stable

Geojit Financial Services Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has re-affirmed its issuer rating for the company at CARE A+; Stable, with a related letter available on the agency's website, while CareEdge Ratings acknowledged that their ratings reflect opinions as on the date of the rating for bank facilities/instruments, with amounts and ratings not specified, and further noting that CARE Ratings Ltd. indicates periodic review/surveillance of issuer ratings, cautioning that ratings do not factor in trigger clauses and may see volatility, and that no information regarding the Credit Rating of the Company was provided beyond these acknowledgements from the rating agencies.
