CARE Ratings upgraded Crosslay Remedies' credit rating following enhancements to multiple facilities

Max Healthcare Institute Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has upgraded the credit rating for Crosslay Remedies Limited, a wholly-owned material subsidiary of the company, following enhancements to several facilities. Specifically, the Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 50.00 (enhanced from Rs 40.00) now carry a CARE AA+; Stable rating, with ST facilities reclassified to LT and a Stable outlook assigned; the Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 1,211.80 (enhanced from Rs 1,000.00) have been rated CARE AA+; Stable, revised from CARE AA+ (CE); Stable; and the Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 105.00 (enhanced from Rs 40.00) now hold a CARE AA+; Stable LT rating, upgraded from CARE AA-; Stable outlook, with the ST rating reaffirmed and removed from Rating Watch with Positive Implications.
