Calcom Vision Ltd. received a reaffirmed 'Stable' credit rating from CRISIL Ratings Limited

Calcom Vision Ltd announced that it received communication from CRISIL Ratings Limited on July 27, 2026, reaffirming its existing credit rating with a 'Stable' Outlook, a rating that did not involve any downgrade, adverse revision, or other material change to the company's credit profile; the company acknowledges a delay in submitting this information to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, which was due to an inadvertent administrative oversight, and has now submitted the disclosure on August 5, 2026, reinforcing its internal compliance and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely disclosures going forward, and respectfully requests the Exchange to condone the delay considering it was an isolated, unintentional instance causing no prejudice to investors.
