Capri Global Capital secures ‘BB/Positive’ credit rating for its US$300 million senior secured notes

Capri Global Capital Ltd announced on September 01, 2026, that CareEdge Global IFSC Limited has assigned a credit rating of ‘CareEdge BB -/Positive’ to the US$ 300 million senior secured notes to be issued/allotted under the U.S.$ 1,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme, as well as a Long-Term Foreign Currency issuer rating of ‘CareEdge BB -/Positive’ for the proposed US dollar-denominated senior secured bonds and the USD 1 billion global medium-term note programme; no other rating agencies were mentioned, and there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any other instruments.
