CareEdge reaffirms CARE A and CARE A1 ratings for Medplus Health Services' subsidiary, Optival Health Solutions

Medplus Health Services Ltd announced that CareEdge Ratings Limited (formerly CARE Ratings Limited), a credit rating agency, has reaffirmed the credit ratings for Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the company, as follows: Long-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 236.00 crore were rated CARE A; Stable, and Short-term bank facilities amounting to Rs 14.00 crore were rated CARE A1; the reaffirmation is available on the company website at www.medplusindia.com, as well as on the websites of BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com) and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (www.nseindia.com), and there were no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to these ratings.
