Ceigall plans to raise up to Rs 1000 Crores via securities issuance mode to be determined

Ceigall has announced plans to raise up to Rs. 1000 Crores through a securities issuance, which may include a public offering, rights issue, or other options, with details to be finalized by the Board. Simultaneously, the company is selling Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary, to a Mumbai-based company for approximately Rs. 356.20 crores, with the transaction expected to close by March 31, 2027. The company also appointed Chandan Singh as an Additional/Whole Time Director, effective November 5, 2026, for a three-year term subject to shareholder approval. As of March 31, 2026, the subsidiary reported a turnover of Rs. 760.36 million and a net worth of Rs. 498.15 million, representing a small fraction of the company’s consolidated financials.
