Chatha Foods recommends shareholder approval for a Rs 40 crore related-party transaction

Chatha Foods Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the notice for the 29th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, via video conference and other audio-visual means. The board also approved the annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed Koina Gupta as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Additionally, the board regularized the appointment of Ms. Divya Babel as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, and recommended shareholder approval for a related-party transaction with its subsidiary, Allana CF Foods Private Limited, not exceeding Rs 40 crore, including a corporate guarantee and security of Rs 15 crore each in favor of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
