Continental Controls Limited seeks to raise up to Rs 1966.80 Lakhs via a rights issue

Continental Controls Limited informed the BSE Ltd. that its Rights Issue Committee approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs 1966.80 Lakhs through the issuance of equity shares, with the Rights Issue opening on October 23, 2026, and closing on October 30, 2026, subject to a possible extension of up to 30 days.
