Crisil ESG Ratings assigns Zensar Technologies a Leadership score of 74 for fiscal year 2026

Zensar Technologies Ltd announced that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI-registered Environmental, Social, and Governance (‘ESG’) Rating provider, has independently issued an ESG Report for the company, received on August 7, 2026, noting that the company did not engage Crisil for the rating. According to the report, Crisil has assigned an overall ESG Score of 74 under the category “Leadership” to the Company for the fiscal year 2026, reflecting its performance on ESG parameters, and this assignment does not constitute an enhancement or withdrawal of any previous ratings for any instruments, including any instruments related to Zensar Technologies Limited.
