Crisil Ratings reaffirmed BBB+/Negative rating for Samkrg Pistons & Rings' Rs.98.59 crore bank loan facilities

Samkrg Pistons & Rings Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings on various instruments, including Long Term Bank Loan Facilities of Rs.98.59 Crore at BBB+/Negative (Outlook revised from 'Stable'), Short Term Bank Loan Facilities of Rs.98.59 Crore at A2, a Bank Guarantee of 0.05, Bill Discounting of 7.3, Cash Credit of 34, Electronic Vendor financing scheme of 8, Letters of Credit of 0.18 and 19.82, a Proposed Long Term Bank Loan Facility of 0.11, a Standby Line of Credit of 3.3, Term Loans of 7.15, 13.01, and 5.67, all carrying a Crisil BBB+/Negative rating; Crisil has also reaffirmed a Short Term rating of A2 for the Bank Guarantee, Bill Discounting, Electronic Vendor financing scheme, Letters of Credit, and Standby Line of Credit; furthermore, Crisil has placed the Bank Facilities of Rs.98 Outstanding under continuous surveillance and review, while SEBI, RBI, and MCA have no applicable ratings based on the provided information, and N/A ratings are noted where no data is available.
