06-Oct-26 22:03Hrs IST

PNB Housing Finance Ltd. has announced credit rating upgrades and reaffirmations across a range of instruments by Crisil Ratings, reflecting the agency's assessment of the company's financial strength and parentage support. Crisil upgraded the Bank Loan Facilities, Short Term Bank Facility, Non-Convertible Debentures, Fixed Deposits, Lower Tier II Bonds, and Non-Convertible Debentures from 'Crisil AA+/Stable' to 'Crisil AAA/Stable,' while reaffirming the Short Term Bank Facility and Commercial Paper at 'Crisil A1+'. Several instruments, including INE572E07159 and INE572E07175 debentures, received upgrades, while INE572E07100 and INE572E07118 debentures were withdrawn due to redemption, and the rating rationale is available on the Crisil website. The ratings incorporate expectations of continued support from the parent company, Punjab National Bank, and consider factors such as asset quality metrics and capital adequacy ratios, with a networth as of June 30, 2026, reported at Rs. 19,794 crore.
