Cryogenic OGS Limited stock rises 5.00% after securing Rs 4.60 crore purchase orders

Cryogenic OGS Ltd. is currently trading at Rs 408.45, up 5.00%, while its value has increased by 17.08% over the last one week. Cryogenic OGS Limited announced it has received two purchase orders totaling Rs 4,60,20,000.00 (including GST) from a domestic Industrial instrumentation and process optimisation solutions Multinational Company for the supply of Natural Gas Metering Skids, with execution expected on or before 20th October 2026. The company made the disclosure in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and a related SEBI circular dated 30th January 2026, noting that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is at “arm’s length.” Trading volume reached 24000 shares today, a surge of 146.15% compared to the average volume of the last one week. Cryogenic OGS Ltd surged by 278.54% year-over-year, outperforming the 3.61% loss recorded by the NIFTY50 index.
