DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited receives final order from Ministry of Corporate Affairs regarding AGM proceedings

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited announced that it received a Final Order on August 12, 2026, from the Regional Director, Western Region-II, Mumbai, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, concluding proceedings related to a delay in holding the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company had previously received an Interim Order on July 1, 2026, and has since fulfilled the required compliance, with the Final Order confirming that the non-compliance has been rectified, and noting no expected financial implications beyond those potentially arising from the order's terms.
