Evonile Pharma plans to raise up to Rs 9,000 million through a rights issue

Evonile Pharma Limited (formerly Novartis India Limited) plans to raise up to Rs 9,000 million through a rights issue of partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each, to be offered to eligible shareholders on a record date to be determined later, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals. The company has constituted a Rights Issue Committee to finalize the issue details, including the rights entitlement ratio and issue price, and the total number of securities to be issued will be determined at a later date. The board also approved a postal ballot notice for shareholder approval and the launch of a new corporate website at www.evonilepharma.com.
