Filatex India Ltd fixes record date for Final dividend Record date is 15 September 2026 Filatex India Ltd has fixed 15 September 2026 as record date for payment of final dividend of Rs 0.30 per equity share of face value of Rs 1 each for FY 2025-26.

The stock is slightly lower by 3.93% in last one-week and has edged up by 4.92% in last one month. It has posted strong gains of 50.16% over last one year. The average delivered quantity for the stock in last one-week was registered at 46.43%.
