GMR Hospitality Limited secures license to operate food and beverage outlets at Delhi’s airport for Rs 49 crore in FY 2026-27

GMR Airports Limited announced that its Indian subsidiary, GMR Hospitality Limited (GHL), has been selected as the bidder to operate Food & Beverage outlets at Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, under a license agreement with Delhi International Airport Limited, another subsidiary of GMR Airports. The agreement, commencing May 2036, with a potential extension to 2046, anticipates license fees of approximately Rs 49 Cr for FY 2026-27 and Rs 109 Cr for FY 2027-28, paid via a revenue-sharing model with a minimum monthly guarantee, and does not involve any related-party interest beyond existing shareholdings in DIAL & GHL.
