Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd consolidated sales down 20.29% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 677.71%

Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd share price declined by 1.83% to Rs 155.35 after the company's net profit soared by 677.71% to Rs 27.22 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 20.29% to Rs 15.64 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Asset Management Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.84 lakh crore, easing 6.71%. It has marginally improved by 0.58% over last one week and surged by 28.46% in last one month while the market capitalization of Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd has remained flat


Profit before tax (PBT) of Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd stood at Rs 31.93 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 34.22% year-on-year, and jumping 1008.68% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 38 crore, plunging by 1136.59% YoY and crashing by 1661.22% sequentially.


Total expenses advancing by 10.26% to Rs 18.59 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 10.28 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 53.43% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 11.09% to Rs 135.53 crore, while net profit surged by 32.30% to Rs 81.96 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 5901% to Rs 49.78 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 48.56% to Rs 87.41 crore compared to previous TTM.
