Greaves Cotton's Long-Term Issuer Rating affirmed “IND AA-” by India Ratings and Research

Greaves Cotton Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited, a SEBI registered Credit Rating Agency, has affirmed its Long-Term Issuer Rating at “IND AA-” with a Stable Outlook, and has assigned a rating of “IND AA-” to bank loan facilities totaling INR 1,200 million and affirmed the rating of “IND AA-” for bank loan facilities totaling INR 830 million; the press release issued by India Ratings and Research Private Limited can be accessed at https://www.indiaratings.co.in/pressrelease/m39f5ezxfnvtr t7lfna3hged.
