Gujarat Ambuja Exports' credit rating upgraded to 'Crisil AA/Stable' for Rs 649 crore facilities

Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd announced an upgrade in its credit rating from 'Crisil AA-/Stable' to 'Crisil AA/Stable' by Crisil Ratings Limited for its Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 649.00 crore; this rating action is detailed in a communication received by the company via email dated October 28th, 2026, and is being disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with no other rating agencies or instruments involved and no assignments or withdrawals reported.
