HP Adhesives Ltd announced to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on October 10th, 2026, that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the following ratings: Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities aggregating Rs 37.96 crore, carrying a rating of CARE BBB; Stable / CARE A3+, with the rating reaffirmed and removed from Rating Watch with Negative Implications, and a stable outlook assigned; this action was detailed in a CARE Ratings press release dated October 9th, 2026, and the information is also available on the company’s website at www.hpadhesives.com.
