Highway Infrastructure Limited secures 90-day contract from NHAI for Palayam Fee Plaza operations for Rs 80.17 crore

Highway Infrastructure Limited announced it has entered into a contract agreement on August 21, 2026, for the operation of the Palayam Fee Plaza at Km 154+500 of NH-44 in Tamil Nadu, following receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) on August 17, 2026. The contract, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), involves user fee collection and upkeep of adjacent facilities for a period of 90 days, with a broad consideration of Rs 80,16,99,930. The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor any promoter group companies have an interest in NHAI, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
