Highway Infrastructure Limited secures Rs 24.46 crore contract from NHAI for Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza operations

Highway Infrastructure Limited announced it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) of Rs 24,45,99,930 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for operations at the Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu, issued on September 30, 2026. The contract involves operation and collection of user fees at the plaza, upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks, and is expected to be executed within 90 days. The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in NHAI, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
